We provide a wide range of services from BER audits which some customers require, to thermographic and door blower tests, to simple one-hour on site inspections.
The following items may be of interest to you:
- If you are a home owner, there is a very significant benefit in having your home audited even if you are not selling or renting. By paying hundreds, you can save thousands over time. The payback time varies with the technologies you chose and according to your energy usage. Once the payback times for the technologies you install has been reached, you save money from that point forward.
- If you are building your house (and. planning permission was applied for after 1st January 2007), then you will require a BER Certificate. Go to our BER page for more information.
- If you are an existing home owner thinking about selling your house next year you will also require a BER Certificate as of January next.
- Landlords will also need a Certificate when renting their house as of January next.
