Log burner technical information
Our outside gasification boiler have an efficiency of 85 - 91%. The process takes place in four phases:
Phase 1 involves drying & gasification at 450C
Phase 2 involes burning & mixing of wood gas & secondary air at 560C
Phase 3 involves final combustion & heat transfer at 1200C
Phase 4 extracts flue gases at 240C
Our indoor stoves have an efficiency of over 80% due to 5 separate heat exchangers
with this stove / back boiler combination.
